We are currently investigating an issue with one of our LUNs at the Bunker. Servers that are connected to this LUN are currently offline.
The storage device is unresponsive and we are unable to connect remotely. We are requesting remote hands at the datacentre to urgently attend our racks and power-cycle the device.
Device is back up and individual servers are being rebooted.
All customer servers are back up and running.
