Past incidents

We have identified an issue at the Bunker Datacentre which is affecting a small number of servers. We are currently investigating and will update this page as soon as we have ascertained the cause.

Issue has been identified as a problem with one of our storage devices. We are attempting remedial action now to restart this device.

We are unable to restart this device remotely so have requested remote hands at the datacentre to atttend our racks and power-cycle the device.

Device has been rebooted and we are now checking each server that was using this device as they may need to be individually rebooted.

All servers are back online apart from one which is completing a File System check.

All servers are now back online.
